What each service includes, what happens after your consultation, and how payment, testing and booking actually work.
CVK Precision Health is a telehealth practice built around the philosophy Code · Vitality · Knowledge. Every service begins with a consultation with a licensed medical provider who reviews your history and goals before recommending anything.
Weight Optimization, Pain & Recovery, Sexual Health, Sleep Optimization, CVK Signature, Inflammation & Wellness Support, Men's Health, Women's Health, Healthy Aging, and a $149 entry consultation for patients who are not sure where to start.
You choose a pathway and book through the secure intake calendar. You meet your provider by video, your history and goals are reviewed, and you leave with the provider's recommendations and a clear next step.
Consultations are conducted online, as live video visits with a licensed medical provider.
“Code” is the practice's term for your individual biology — your history, symptoms and, where your plan includes it, the biomarker results in your blood. It is not a reference number, voucher or requisition, and you are never asked to take it somewhere else. See how your Code is built on the Science page.
Your provider reviews your medical history, current medications, symptoms and goals, then explains which options are clinically appropriate for you. Laboratory plans also use this visit to confirm which testing is included.
Have your current medications and supplements to hand, plus any recent laboratory results or relevant records. Knowing what you want to change makes the visit more useful.
Your provider completes their assessment, arranges any testing your plan includes, and gives you recommendations in writing. Ongoing patient care coordination with a CVK expert specialist is included. The full sequence is set out in What Happens After Your Consultation.
Yes. Every consultation ends with the provider's recommendations and a specific next step. Recommendations depend on your individual situation and are never guaranteed in advance.
CVK Signature, Men's Health and Women's Health include a post-lab consultation to review your results. The other consultations include ongoing patient care coordination with a CVK expert specialist, not an additional scheduled visit.
CVK Signature, Men's Health and Women's Health include laboratory testing as specified in the selected plan, plus a post-lab consultation. The other consultations do not include laboratory testing.
For plans that include testing, your pre-lab consultation is where your provider confirms which tests are included in your plan and why, and tells you how the testing will be arranged.
No. There is no access code, voucher or requisition number to redeem, and no separate process you have to complete on your own. CVK coordinates the steps included in your plan.
Your provider confirms the laboratory and collection arrangements available to you before your testing is scheduled. If you have a preference, raise it during your pre-lab consultation.
Your provider reviews your results together — metabolic, hormonal and other markers — rather than one value at a time, so the relationships between them are visible.
Yes, for CVK Signature, Men's Health and Women's Health. Your results are discussed with you in that visit in plain language, including what they do and do not show.
You and your provider discuss the options that fit your results and goals, and you receive a plan. Ongoing patient care coordination with a CVK expert specialist continues afterwards.
Each service page lists exactly what that consultation includes. Laboratory plans include a pre-lab consultation, the testing specified in the plan, a post-lab consultation and ongoing care coordination.
For CVK Signature, Men's Health and Women's Health, laboratory testing as specified in the plan is included in the displayed price. For every other consultation, laboratory testing is not included.
Medications are billed separately from consultations. Any service or testing your provider recommends that is not part of your selected plan is explained and priced before you agree to it.
It is a one-time payment. Your purchase covers the selected consultation or service. There is no recurring membership subscription implied and no automatic renewal.
